Kahoot

Kahoot is a great tool that combines learning and gaming. It’s a fun tool which we can use to create enjoyable learning experiences. Kahoot allows us to create quiz-like games. Students see the answers on a big screen and answer from their technological devices. They don’t even need to sign up! This creates a competitive environment which makes a lesson really interesting and students get invested in it. Their progress is shown on the screen after every question and at the end there’s a podium of winners. Kahoot can be used for any subject really. For language teaching, we can create or do already-created Kahoots in class. Some questions can include a picture and the name of it, some fill in the blanks etc.
